If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately. This can happen if products are stored in different warehouses or if some items are available earlier than others. Shipping items separately helps us deliver your order more efficiently, without unnecessary delays.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED OR LOST?
All orders are shipped with tracking and insured delivery. If your order is delayed, returned, or lost in transit, please contact us immediately. While postal delays and customs processes are outside our control, we will work with you to resolve the issue. In most cases, a replacement order with tracking will be provided at no additional cost.
