📦 Returns & Refunds Policy – Fixithut
Returns
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery. You may open the package to inspect the contents; however, we can only accept returns of items that are unused, in new condition, and with all original packaging included.
👉 Important: Please contact us before returning any items by emailing customer@fixithut.com with your order number and details of the items you wish to return. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
All returns must include either:

The original invoice, or

A note with your full name, the email address used for the order, and the order ID.
If items are not returned in their original condition, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of damages from the refund amount or refuse the return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect).
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returns must be sent using a trackable shipping method. Please provide us with the tracking number and keep proof of postage. FixItHut cannot be held responsible for lost parcels sent without tracking.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned items have been received and inspected. Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process the refund internally, and up to 14 business days for the amount to appear on your statement depending on your bank or payment provider.
If preferred, customers may also request a store credit voucher instead of a direct refund.
Claims for Missing or Lost Items
Claims for missing items are valid within 30 days after confirmed delivery (where the courier tracking states “Delivered”).
Orders delayed for more than 60 days are considered lost and are fully refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect all items immediately upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 5 days of delivery by emailing customer@fixithut.com.
Include in your email:

A clear photo or video of the damage/defect

Your order number
We will review your case and arrange either a replacement, exchange, or refund. Claims will not be valid if no defect is found or if the issue is caused by misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear.
Warranty
All FixItHut products are guaranteed to meet standards of merchantable quality. Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover wear and tear, misuse, accidents, or negligence.
Exchanges
We allow direct product exchanges in the following cases only:

If the product is defective or arrives damaged.

If the product has been delivered in the wrong size (when applicable).
For other situations (such as changing size, colour, or model by preference), please process this as a return and place a new order.

Customs & Import Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by their country of residence. These costs are not included in the product price or shipping fees.
