Cancellation Policy
At FixItHut, we understand that sometimes plans change. That is why we allow order cancellations under the following conditions:

Before dispatch: Customers may request to cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase or before the order has been shipped.

After dispatch: Once the product has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. In this case, customers may still use our Refund Policy to return the item.

How to cancel: Please contact us at customer@fixithut.com with your order number and request. We will confirm the cancellation and process a full refund within 5–7 business days.

Exceptions: Customised or special-order items cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
FixItHut reserves the right to verify all cancellation requests to ensure they comply with these conditions.
